We are hiring a Factory Operations Manager for one of our main factories on the 6th of October – Egypt.

• Supervising and coordinating production activities to meet production targets and timelines.
• Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Managing resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for employees
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Leading and motivating production teams to achieve KPI goals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Collaborating with other departments such as Finance, Commercial, Planning, and HR to streamline workflows and achieve overall business objectives.
• Addressing production issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Analyzing production data and performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence, meet customer demands, and maintain competitiveness in the market.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven managerial experience in manufacturing with strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Excellent KPIs & problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production processes, quality control, and maintenance procedures.
• Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration across departments, with demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
